It was just hanging there with his big mouth open. I begged my dad not to drop it back in the creek. I don't know what I wanted him to do with it, but I didn't want to be anywhere near it. He told me that he was going to drop it back in the creek. He didn't know what else to do with it. He dropped it, and I went running. But I didn't run away. I ran towards my dad and I climbed him. I ended up on his shoulders. He was dying laughing because I had never climbed that fast in my life. I found a lot of trees and I was little, but I was never fast at it. Anyway, I ended up on his shoulders, and the turtle swam away. Nothing serious happened. However, I was still terrified. I'm still afraid of turtles to this day. Well, I'm afraid of snapping turtles.
