I did business with window ninjas of Raleigh recently and let me just say I am thoroughly impressed. I was in need of some power washing and window cleaning for I haven’t done so in 5 years and last I remember I had issues with a bunch of things with the previous company so I was a little skid ish at first. Jordan and Hunter did a very VERY thorough job with a before job inspection and pointed out quite literally everything that I should be aware of either not coming off with standard washing, broken, what to expect, keeping plants and stained items safe, what chemical they were using, how much of it was being used, you name it they made sure to brief me on it. 10/10. After service was even better because I got to see the results of their promised work and I was incredibly impressed everything that got moved was put back, all my plants were still glowing and the most important part! I could see my houses paint and see clearly out of my windows again. I was also a little worried about the bleach smell because they said a stronger than normal chemical would have to be used in order to get off the heavy mildew on my siding off but I couldn’t even tell afterwards that bleach was used!!!! They notified me during the job that I had oxidation on my glass and that was something that could effect the windows from staying clean longer so I opted in for a oxidation removal and I did a pre oxidation check and a post oxidation check recommended by one of the guys and there was none left over!!! Excellent services I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the Raleigh area.
