Saturday June 13, 2026. Met my Window Ninjas cleaning The Forum in Wilmington this morning, on my way to yoga. Exchanged Hellos and mentioned what a great job they did a my house. Their reply shocked me—you’re welcome. We love our jobs, and they pay us really well so I can provide my family a great life! Treat your people well, they treat your customers well. So simple! Thank you Window Ninjas! Earlier this year. Two years I trusted on on Window Ninja’s to pressure wash the house and clean the roof top vented dryer vent (sigh what were building inspectors thinking approving this). Outstanding service both times. Will probably switch dryer vent cleaning to every 2nd or 3rd year based on experience now but highly recommended. House looks great, algae, mold, mildue, dirt all gone—no we’re not filthy people, this is life in Wilmi.

Our technician, Adam, actually arrived a bit early for what ended up being a huge job that he completed alone! He has a great work ethic and everything looks fabulous. We are very pleased customers. Only suggestion is it would have been nice to get an email or text a reminder, the day before they arrived. Instead I called the company to confirm. Certainly not a deal breaker though.....
