There were a few hiccups with it taking a few tries to get our sliding glass doors construction cleaned, but they were focused on making it right and ensuring we were happy. Great local company to deal with!....Their phone response time is fast, their estimates are fair and competive, but... most importantly the quality of their work is superior. They power washed my old drive way and walkway and it looks like new again.....and they even went the extra mile by unclogging a drain on the driveway to help the drainage problem. Just had the guys from Window Ninjas come through and do some maintenance on our dryer vents..They were super... laid-back, respectful, got the job done in under 10 minutes and gave us an honest run-down of what they got done and other info for us to consider going forward..To top it off they told us about a completely unrelated promotion that will save us money on something that isn't even related to home maintenance. I have opened up a new Optical Shop as a new resident of Wilmington and was lucky enough to have Window Ninjas working... at the restaurant next door. I immediately saw how hard Kaitlin was working to get to every square inch of some very tall windows. We spoke and she has been our window cleaner since. She takes great care of us, is very efficient, and makes all of our windows shine. I even recommended Window Ninjas to our entire complex because of her great work, and Tribute properties gave them the entire building contract. We moved here 2 1/2 years ago and the first thing we did was call Window Ninjas because friends told us they were the... BEST. We have had them come approximately 2 times per year. We had issues with our dryer not heating and called them -- they responded in one day - they cleaned our gutters, power washed the house and cleaned out our dryer vent. Window Ninjas did such an awesome job pressure washing our home and fence and I'm sure it helped in the sale of our... home! They did our home first and did such a great job, we called them back to do our fence. There was a miscommunication as to what parts of the fence were to be done, and once they realized the mistake, they came right back out and finished the rest of the fence without charging us anything extra! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!read more

Tyler & Jesse of Window Ninjas were here today to power wash our house and clean the windows. They were prompt,... actually a little early, which is better. They got right to work after first explaining their process and checking to see if we had any special requests or concerns. They were very professional and efficient. Very responsive and friendly. We scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning and the technician was at our home the next day.... If your house is relatively new and gutters are starting to have gray/black streaks running down them, this company can make them look like new.
